Galit advises UHNV families, owners of family businesses and senior executives in the Israeli economy, in consolidating a financial strategy for the extended family, the family office, and the nuclear family. Galit has been a wealth strategy designer, behavioral coach and communication specialist for the last twenty years, after serving in a number of executive management positions which included entrepreneurial establishment of well-known businesses. She is among the founders of the Family Economics coaching industry in Israel, and is considered one of the nation’s leading financial coaches. In the international arena, Galit works as a Financial Planning Advisor at LGA (Lansberg Gersick & Associates), a global professional advisory firm supporting the world’s leading family enterprises to succeed from generation to generation.

For almost 20 years Galit has guided thousands of families on their way to success and Family financial Planning, with the ‘FFP Method’, which is implemented as an integral part of the services we provide in Israel and worldwide. She specializes in developing tailor-made strategies and has the unique ability to rally all family members to work together to achieve their long-term goals. She possesses extraordinary acumen in human behavior and capital, with a keen understanding of how the human psyche and behavior affect the individual’s and family’s financial conduct.

Galit is married to Shlomi and has two grown sons. In her spare time she enjoys meditation and the worlds of behavioral coaching, and voluntarily coaches a program (“Tochnit Achim”) for the IDF Handicapped Veterans’ Organization.

Mika advises and accompanies family businesses and partnerships, in the areas of intergenerational transfer, strategy formulation, corporate governance, human capital development and navigating complex changes. Mika is a manager who specializes in global organizations, and is a psychotherapist with clinical experience.

In the international arena, Mika advises in these areas at LGA.In her last position, Mika served as CEO of Strauss Holdings. Throughout her 25-year career, she served as a senior executive in publicly owned global companies. Apart from her senior roles in organizations, Mika has consulted and accompanied organizations in processes of transformation, change of ownership or change of strategy. She is also a voluntary member of the board of directors of the Friends of the IDF Handicapped Veterans’ Organization.

Mika holds an MBA specializing in Organizational Behavior from Ben-Gurion University. Along with her rich executive experience, Mika brings to the table curiosity and a true desire to work together to find the recipe that is most perfectly suited for each family.

Mika is married to Uri and has three children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, indoor spin-cycling and yoga training, and traveling the world with her family.
